One of the main trends focused on in Four Families new collection is modern geometrics, a look that has trickled down from fashion into the interiors world. Geometric designs, including triangles and chevrons, are proving to be both on-trend and long lasting. They look fresh and current but still have a classic, long lasting appeal. Based on this idea we designed two new patterns in collaboration with an astute weaving partner. The newly released blind fabric, Fed Square, is inspired by the architecture of one of Australia’s premiere new buildings, Federation Square in Melbourne. It features an interlocking triangle design that looks cool and contemporary. Anais is a subtle chevron design, inspired by classic men’s tailoring that has refined patterning. Our modern geometrics are a perfect way to give contemporary spaces a fresh, updated look.
